A CRY FOR MERCY!

A CRY FOR MERCY!

Scriptural Highlight: (Psalm 90: 14 KJV) - "Satisfy us early with thy mercy that we may rejoice and be glad all our days."

Mercy is the unfailing love of God towards a man. It is when God  overlooks  your weaknesses and your deficiencies. Mercy qualifies a man to do or achieve things he may not be qualified for. When mercy is upon a man's life, certain doors he would never have crossed opens for him without sweat. Mercy prepares the way for favour to work in a man's life.
However, when mercy is lacking, men struggle in vain; they labour like elephants and eat like ants. When mercy is lacking in a man's life, just like Cain in Genesis 4:5, even his sacrifices are rejected. Ever seen someone lamenting his ordeal before? How he served people well and did a lot of good, yet the good works are taken for granted; the payment he received after all these good works is resentment. It is likely that mercy is lacking.
People without mercy are never happy. Brother David in our scriptural highlight understood this well when he cried, "Satisfy us early with thy mercy that we may rejoice..." Beloved, may God Himself satisfy you today with His everlasting mercies in Jesus name. Flourish!
Pray: Father in heaven, satisfy me according to your  word with your everlasting mercy in Jesus name.

GO BY HIS POWER

GO BY HIS POWER Scriptural Highlight: (Philippians 4:13 ESV) - "For I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." God has the ability to empower you to do any assignment for His kingdom. Being a disciple for Christ requires extraordinary strength and power. Bible admonishes us in Ephesians 6:11-12 to: " Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places." From this scripture, we see that evil have forces that enforce its influence over people. Merriam Webster' Dictionary defines an aspect of force as "a body (as of troops or ships) assigned to a military purpose". So the spiritual forces we saw in Ephesians 6:12 have one purpose, and that is to make sure that evil is reigning in the ...

What Image are you carrying?

Scriptural Highlight: ( Genesis 5:3 ) - "When Adam had lived 130 years, he fathered a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth." Our scriptural highlight for today is about the generations of Adam after creation. Reading down from verses 1 and  2 of this Genesis chapter 5, we can see that when God created man, he made him in the likeness of God. Man was made in God's image; and as God's image was meant to reproduce God's image as well. You can say that man was god on earth. Man operated in a realm higher than any other creature. Man was in a class of his own. Man remained God's image until he disobeyed God. From our scriptural highlight today, what we see is that when Abraham had lived 130 years, he fathered a son in his own likeness, after his image. What happened to the image and likeness of God in which he was created? It has been lost through sin. The nature he now carried was his own image and not God's.  His own offspring ...

Your Kidney Deserves The Best (Re-Post)

Barely two (2) days ago, we all received the news of the demise of a Nigerian actor as a result of same kidney disease. I want to show you how to avert this menace of kidney disease. Very easy and effective. And don't forget that I copied it. So feel free to share, copy and disseminate. SO HERE ARE THE TOP 6 CAUSE OF KIDNEY DISEASE: 1. Delaying going to a toilet Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys, the toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and then nephritis, and even uremia. When nature calls – do it as soon as possible. 2. Eating too much salt,You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of salt daily. 3. Eating too much meat. Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxin that is very destru...
